Responsibilities

• Generate sales and provide account support to assigned account base.  Primary accounts will be large, regional based accounts.
• Represent Bausch + Lomb Retina Ophthalmics at key regional and national industry meetings.
• Coordinate field activities with sales, marketing and reimbursement departments.
• Provide sales training support to new and existing hires with Retina sales responsibilities.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceuticals with a minimum of 2 years with Ophthalmology sales experience, Retina experience preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of a 'buy and bill' sales environment
• Knowledge of reimbursement procedures
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to work with multiple departments simultaneously

As required by Washington's Salary Transparency Law, Bausch + Lomb provides a good faith minimum and maximum salary range of compensation for roles that can or will be performed, in Washington.  Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.  For Washington, the range of starting annual base pay for this role is $125,000 - $140,000.
