Key Activities/Responsibilities:


Operate equipment and perform job duties in the following work functions: Package Assembler, Accessory Assembler, Form/Fill/Seal, Gamma and Sterile Hall in the APA.


Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and GMP’s.  Accurately perform and document Quality Inspections, In Process Cosmetic Inspections, and Batch Record related information (verification of components and critical copy).  Perform line clearances and lot changes. 


Completes all process documentation and communicates to appropriate personnel.  Manages Components to Support Production.  Maintains area in orderly and sterile/clean state by removing culls, documenting inspection of the work area, and performing disinfection activities as directed.


Scope of Position:


Operate production equipment and follow standard operating procedures.


Observe, operate & troubleshoot equipment to ensure the manufacture of quality products to meet standard production quantities or better.  Cross-train in gamma, filling, pass-thru and accessories to increase workforce flexibility to address operational and business demands.


Key Relationships:


  • Internal customers/partners:  Operators will work with multiple departments within the operations group.


  • External customers: Regulatory Agencies and Notified Bodies


Qualifications | Training:

Education:  High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Radiation Safety and Forklift Certification preferred.


  • 2 years of manufacturing experience required or advanced education degree (2 or 4 year).
  • Aseptic environment experience a plus.
  • Warehouse Management Systems experience preferred (ERP Lx).

  • Strong Reading and math comprehension
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to be an effective member of a team
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize work and make informed decisions
  • Basic computer skills (i.e. MS Outlook, web-based applications)
  • PLC, machine/equipment experience


Shift | Hours: 

2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 3:00pm – 11:30pm



Hourly Rate:

$19.00 per hour + $0.50 shift differential
