Night shift Team Leader position - 6pm to 6am (2-3-2 shift rotation)
Ojectives To provide leadership to a team of production employees engaged in the manufacturing process of high quality contact lenses. To effectively manage labor resources, materials and utilization of equipment to meet/exceed production goals and objectives. To maintain compliance to quality standards, GMP's, SOP's in a safe and compliant manner.
Responsibilities
Scope Responsible for staffing, training, and employee relations of 20-60 employees to achieve production goals, that are aligned to the plant business targets such as i.e.; quality, volume, and unit cost.
