Position Summary

In this role, you will help manufacture custom contact lenses by operating equipment, inspecting products, processing orders, and preparing products for shipment. You will receive extensive on-the-job training and work as part of a team to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect lenses and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package and ship finished products to customers.
• Enter and update information in production systems.
• Follow standard operating procedures, quality requirements, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate production records and product traceability.
• Assist with material handling, equipment upkeep, and workstation organization.
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet production and customer delivery goals.
• Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment by following safety policies and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Compensation

• $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience required.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to accurately enter and maintain production data.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• No prior manufacturing experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, inspection, or production environments.
• Experience working in a regulated or quality-focused environment.
• Familiarity with production equipment or computerized systems.

Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Work Environment

• Manufacturing environment requiring adherence to quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Frequent handling of small components and operation of precision manufacturing equipment.
• May occasionally be required to work overtime based on business needs.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $16.50 - $20.00 per hour. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives.
