Join our team as a Senior eCommerce Business Analyst to spearhead the successful implementation and optimization of eCommerce solutions. In this role, you will be pivotal in ERP integration projects, ensuring seamless synchronization of critical data such as customer master, catalog/listing assignments, orders, inventory, and order history. As a trusted partner, you will be vital in ERP migrations, driving alignment and facilitating smooth transitions between systems. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with ERP Master Data Management, focusing primarily on configurable products. Leveraging your technical expertise, you will conduct comprehensive technical analysis and design of eCommerce systems to enhance performance and functionality.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document eCommerce requirements, ensuring aligned business goals and objectives.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories, leveraging your understanding of business processes and technical systems.
  • Participate in ERP integrations, overseeing the synchronization of critical eCommerce data such as customer master, catalog assignments, orders, inventory, order history, and order details.
  • Work closely with ERP Master Data Management, mainly focusing on variant materials to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Conduct technical analysis and design of eCommerce systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Represent eCommerce as a lead in ERP migrations, driving alignment and facilitating smooth transitions between systems.
  • Support testing efforts, including test case creation, execution, and defect resolution, collaborating with QA teams to ensure product quality.
  • Assist in the rollout and adoption of eCommerce solutions, providing training and support to end-users as needed and monitoring post-implementation performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance processes, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6 years’ or more experience working on enterprise grade platforms, such as SAP, Salesforce or ServiceMax. Prior experience working on eCommerce projects preferred.
  • Experience with SAP S4/HANA ERP would be advantageous, providing insight into advanced ERP functionalities and facilitating seamless integration with eCommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft ERP would be beneficial, offering valuable experience navigating complex ERP systems and contributing to a more comprehensive understanding of enterprise-level data management.
  • Proficiency in eCommerce platforms such as SAP Commerce Cloud, Commercetools or other headless platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with demonstrated experience in writing complex queries, optimizing database performance, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with international cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments focusing on iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to extract insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively, with solid attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
