Bausch + Lomb is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to support and enhance our BlueYonder/JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Labor Management (WLM) applications. This role is instrumental in aligning IT capabilities with business goals, ensuring operational efficiency across our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, site leadership, and the broader IT organization, driving system optimization and supporting compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support for the BlueYonder/JDA WMS and WLM applications in coordination with the IT Director, North America.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with the software vendor and internal teams.
- Design, develop, and implement system enhancements, customizations, and integration components based on business requirements and in alignment with project timelines.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding system issues, updates, and project statuses.
- Ensure systems remain SOX-compliant and audit-ready by adhering to change management and documentation protocols.
- Provide IT support for local network and infrastructure operations, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.
- Travel up to 25% to other Bausch + Lomb sites to support system implementations, upgrades, and on-site collaboration.
Qualifications/Experience:
Required:
- Proven experience supporting and implementing BlueYonder/JDA WMS and Warehouse Labor Management systems.
- Expertise with Page Builder development, Jasper report creation, MOCA scripting, interface design using XML, and label creation/modification using NiceLabel.
- Strong database skills with Oracle and MS SQL Server, including stored procedures, scripting, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with handheld RF devices, networked label printers, and barcode technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; capable of building credibility and trust with stakeholders across all levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Flexibility to provide after-hours or weekend support as needed.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working in FDA-regulated or similarly controlled environments.
- Prior experience integrating BlueYonder/JDA with SAP or other enterprise systems.
- Highly collaborative with demonstrated cross-functional teamwork skills.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $110,000.00 and $130,000.00. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives.
