The Sr. Enterprise Network Architect will function as a core member of an enterprise network team responsible for all aspects of the Global Network Infrastructure including network operations, WAN/LAN connectivity, enterprise wireless infrastructure, IP Address management (Public/Private), Network tools, ISE/FMC, Palo Alto/Panorama, VPN, IP voice and video technologies etc. The role will be accountable to the network lead and is expected to contribute high caliber network skills to overall network services throughout the Infrastructure Hosting environments (Campus, Manufacturing, Data Center, Colocation, and Cloud).

S/He will provide technical and architectural skills either as a dynamic designated lead or team member at the direction of the network services team lead to deliver initiatives and drive service delivery by leveraging both internal and MSP along with external partners in delivering strong technical solutions executed to Network Strategy, Software Development life cycle for Network infrastructure including Network automation in AWS/Azure/SDN/SDWAN Networking, validation, testing and acceptance within Global Network Services.



  • Oversee initiatives and develop them from conception, scoping, and sourcing to deployment within the specified directed parameters and budget.
  • Contribute to standard development and adherence, compliance and policy with an overlay of IT security in all aspect of the network.
  • Act as part of a team whose primary aim is to ensure the stable operation of the Global Enterprise Network environment while evolving the network to meet business need, security needs, compliance needs and DR.
  • Provide architectural and technical skill to help deliver projects across sections of the network.
  • Evaluate current processes and drive execution of simplification, automation, resiliency, and continuous improvement initiatives within the B+L Local, Wireless, Global, and Cloud networks.
  • Be recognized as the Subject Matter Expert with regards to the global network and be able to independently represent the teams and reflect its values and strategy.
  • Oversee initiative from inception to conclusion as per defined directives.
  • Collaborate with other IT towers to help deliver projects and meet business requirement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and proactively take initiative to make recommendations on new technologies, technics or and process to continually drive efficiency and competitive advantage.
  • Ensure service integrity and availability. i.e be ready to interject if normal operation support process are/is not able to fix/recover system down situation.
  • Installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of all Network infrastructure Troubleshooting hardware, software, performance and service level agreements.
  • Follow change management / demand management activities to minimize risk of business downtime.
  • Ensure day to day operations meet all required service levels by complying to audit requirements.


  • 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure with a minimum of 7 years of experience in network engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field with knowledge of ITIL methodology
  • Proven analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with a strong desire for continuous improvement
  • Strong program & project management background with proven implementation of infrastructure transformational capabilities.
  • Hands-on, demonstrable, technical background is essential with expertise in Network Switching, Routing, BGP, OSPF, MPLS protocols, VPN, and QoS
  • Experience in global multi-site environments and leading a 24x7x365 NOC/operational team.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to influence across all levels of the organization. Ability to communicate complex technical situations and solutions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously while also being a team player and demonstrating an ability to develop strong relationships with key internal customers and stakeholders
  • Proactive, well organized with strong project management skills and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to conduct workshops and facilitate meetings to develop solutions.
  • Able to work within a highly-matrixed environment to achieve the best results for all
