Senior Analyst, Compensation

 

This role is responsible for the global administration, support, and delivery of compensation programs, reporting directly into the Director of Compensation for Bausch + Lomb. This is a comprehensive compensation role across broad-based, incentive, and equity compensation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders and provide consultative guidance on compensation recommendations, including for new hires and promotions Manage job analysis process including market analyses and prepare recommendations for HR Business Partners
  • Participate in compensation benchmarking surveys, analyze results, and develop recommendations for salary administration.
  • Implement and administer global compensation programs
  • Administers the annual review cycle including:
    • Partnering with HR Business Partners and managers through the process
    • Managing merit and promotion cycles, annual incentive payments, and annual equity awards
    • Creating and delivering detailed communications and training
  • Support the equity administration process, including ensuring grants, exercises, vestings, and terminations, are processed accurately and timely
  • Conduct data audits and reconcile information across systems relating to salary and equity to ensure accuracy and data integrity in support of HR reporting
  • Support Total Rewards team with ad hoc projects

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ of experience in broad based compensation administration required; equity plan administration preferred
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to interpret data and gain key insights with proven process management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical aptitude
  • Self-starter who works independently and provides guidance and direction to others
  • Highly organized with effective prioritization skills and able to complete multiple projects within established deadlines
  • Effective verbal and written skills with strong customer focus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
