The LUMIFY Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies and initiatives to support business objectives, enhance market share, and drive sustainable growth. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for brand building, the agility to adapt quickly to market dynamics, and strong cross-functional leadership skills.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with the Marketing Director and a multidisciplinary team to create and execute brand initiatives across various channels, including TV, digital and social media, shopper marketing, PR, influencer partnerships, search and SEO, e-commerce, in-store displays, and trade promotions.
  • Business Analysis and Insight Development: Track, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., shipments, retail sales, media performance, brand awareness, etc.) to develop actionable insights and identify opportunities for business growth and optimization.
  • Website, DTC, and CRM Oversight: Lead the management and continuous improvement of the brand’s CRM program, website, and direct-to-consumer platform. Focus on enhancing personalization, integrating advanced capabilities, and supporting new content, strategies, and campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Process Management: Oversee internal processes that facilitate brand initiatives, including promotional asset review with the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) and packaging updates with the Electronic Label Management (ELM) system to ensure timely, compliant execution.

 

Qualifications:

  • MBA preferred.  Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • 4 or more years of experience within US OTC and/or CPG marketing organization. 
  • Healthcare professional marketing experience a plus. 
  • Must have demonstrated analytical skills with ability to review consumer data, identify trends and present information to senior managers. Experience with IRI/ACNielsen data preferred. 
  • Strong demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work well within a team. 
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment and to demonstrate ownership and execution of primary responsibilities. 
  • Strong time-management (ability to manage expectations and meet deadlines) and verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to thrive with minimal guidance. 
  • Strong social / digital media acumen 
  • Must have proficiency with Microsoft suite of products

 

Note: This role is eligible for our hybrid work schedule allowing for up to 2 days/week of telecommuting from home and 3 days/week in our Bridgewater, NJ corporate office.
