Manager, Talent Management and Leadership Development will play a key role in building and managing a broad range of Talent Management programs and initiatives, including the emerging leaders program, first line leaders program, employee development framework, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.  This role is critical to supporting the vision of the Bausch + Lomb Human Resources team with topics impacting the business. This role will report into the Senior Director, Talent Management.


  • Manage development and delivery of talent processes, programs, and systems to drive the Talent Management strategy. This includes project planning, communications, systems requirements, and development of tools & resources to bring these opportunities forward and support implementation.
  • Leads and continually improves upon talent initiatives such as emerging leaders program, first line leaders program, coaching, and retention.  
  • Help advance the mission around diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Business Leaders to recommend and implement scalable approaches to drive ongoing talent development deeper into the organization.
  • Facilitate sessions virtually or in person to ensure a positive experience for participants.
  • Further operationalize the global employee development framework to facilitate targeted career development/ pathing, increase skills capability-building and enhance leadership development.
  • Design and deliver communications and marketing strategies that enables HR and employees to keep apprised of activities and projects related to talent management.
  • Create and implement measurement and evaluation strategies to understand impact of development programs and suggest actions based on analysis of data.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to run talent initiatives and programs
  • Support HR and Talent Management team with ad hoc projects.

Required education, experience & qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of HR and Talent Management experience
  • Ability to build and drive scalable solutions
  • Problem solves with a passion for employee experience and continuous improvement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated small and large group facilitation 
  • Highly collaborative and results driven
  • Project management skills to work and lead several projects at the same time
