Bausch + Lomb is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Manager, Strategic Pricing, US Vision Care to lead pricing strategy development across our contact lens portfolio and customer channels. This role is responsible for optimizing pricing to support revenue growth, margin expansion, and competitive positioning. The ideal candidate brings deep analytical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex domestic and global market and financial insights into actionable recommendations. This position partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure pricing strategies align with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute pricing strategies across customer channels and product portfolios to maximize competitiveness, revenue, and profitability.
- Lead development of US pricing strategy, including price modeling, scenario analysis, and value-based pricing frameworks.
- Perform margin analysis, financial impact assessments, and advanced scenario modeling for proposed pricing changes.
- Deliver advanced financial modeling, including segmentation, elasticity evaluations, and profitability modeling.
- Monitor and maintain pricing integrity across the global markets in collaboration with global partners.
- Conduct sensitivity analysis and price optimization reviews to support leadership decision-making.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market events, and economic conditions to recommend timely competitive responses.
- Maintain competitive pricing databases and conduct research on customer price sensitivity and market shifts.
- Ensure pricing strategies are accurately implemented across systems, CRM platforms, and pricing engines.
- Evaluate pricing structure performance, monitoring profitability, revenue impact, and customer value perception.
- Conduct periodic reviews to update pricing frameworks, maintain compliance, and support continuous optimization.
- Implement and manage pricing systems, tools, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to align pricing strategies with broader business goals.
- Translate market and financial insights into actionable pricing recommendations that influence commercial strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic pricing, pricing strategy, revenue management, or related analytical roles.
- Proven experience leading pricing initiatives and cross-functional teams in a multi-channel environment.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or other pricing/analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of statistical methods, pricing models, competitive analysis, and forecasting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver executive-ready recommendations.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and solve complex business challenges in fast-paced environment
- Travel up to 25%; including some overnight travel.
- This is a hybrid position with 3 or more days in Bridgewater, NJ office

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $130,000.00 and $160,000.00. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. They may also be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, a tuition reimbursement program (select degrees), company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive sick time, floating holidays and paid vacation.
