We are seeking a Manager, Hyperion Financial Systems to lead the administration and strategic management of Oracle’s Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) platform. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the stability, accuracy, and performance of the HFM environment, supporting enterprise-wide financial consolidation, reporting, and planning efforts. This role requires a combination of technical acumen, business understanding, and cross-functional communication to maintain a high-performing financial systems landscape.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and maintain Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) applications and related components.
  • Lead system administration efforts including configuration, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and reliability across all HFM-related processes.
  • Collaborate with finance and IT teams to support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
  • Coordinate metadata management, financial data loads, and mapping validations.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce documentation for system configurations, processes, and governance standards.
  • Provide expert-level support to end-users, ensuring minimal disruption and timely issue resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize system performance and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and support SOX audit requirements.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM); experience in a leadership or senior administrative role is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of financial consolidation, reporting processes, and enterprise performance management (EPM) systems.
  • Proficient in managing metadata, data loads, intercompany eliminations, and journal adjustments within HFM.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Smart View and other reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate across business and technical teams.
  • Knowledge of internal controls and SOX compliance requirements.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $130,000.00 and  $150,000.00.  The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors.

 

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives.
