Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Omnichannel strategy is translated to operational plan and delivered consistently across available channels using B+L proprietary Glimpse Omnichannel platform.
  • Coordinate and execute Omnichannel campaigns configuration and launch using all available channels. Lead best practice and knowledge sharing via effective reporting and communication.
  • Partner with Marketing Omnichannel leads and Salesforce liaisons to define scope and implement work required to enhance Omnichannel capabilities to drive customer engagement strategies through available channels.
  • Lead data science team responsible for maintenance and enhancement of NBA engine for Omnichannel platform.
  • Collaborate with analytics team to further improve targeting and segmentation practices and dynamic call plan.
  • Manage customer analytics dashboards summarizing customer acquisition, conversion and engagement metrics on Glimpse Omnichannel platform.
  • Ensure full understanding of legal and regulatory compliance landscape regarding digital communications and tools. Identify and mitigate risks in this regard, collaborate with compliance leads during campaign planning and delivery.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to amplify customer engagement across both personal and non-personal channels to improve B+L sales.
  • Partner with Information Management team and Marketing omnichannel leads to define best practices and implement processes related to due diligence, data governance and oversight for non-personal third-party promotional data.

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary
  • 10+ years working experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Past experience in executing Omnichannel programs in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
  • Masters (or PhD) or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering, Information Science, or other quantitative disciplines
  • Sound knowledge of Machine learning, analytical methods/tools and digital
  • Critical thinking: cross functional Marketing/Max strategy and tactics elaboration and implementation
  • Growth mindset: curiosity, innovative demeanor, creativity, agility, learning appetite
  • External focus: customer relationship management, customer satisfaction orientation

 

Note: This role is eligible for our hybrid work schedule allowing for up to 2 days/week of telecommuting from home and 3 days/week in our Bridgewater, NJ corporate office.
