Data Analyst, Compliance

We are seeking a Data Analyst, Compliance who is proficient in Power BI, to join our team.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing large data sets to ensure that the company is adhering to all relevant laws and regulations. The Data Analyst will also be responsible for developing and implementing data analysis tools and dashboards, as well as providing regular reports on compliance activities to senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data analysis tools and dashboards to monitor compliance activities
• Analyze large data sets to identify compliance risks and issues
• Work with the compliance team to develop and implement strategies to mitigate compliance risks
• Ensure that all compliance data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
• Work with IT teams to ensure that compliance data is properly stored and secured
• Provide regular reports on compliance activities to senior management
• Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and adjust data analysis tools and dashboards accordingly
• Provide training and support to other team members on how to use data analysis tools and dashboards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field required
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization required, preferably in a compliance or regulatory environment
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other data analysis tools required
• Knowledge of US healthcare laws and regulations, including FDA regulations, Sunshine Act, and the False Claims Act
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
