Overview
We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated AI Content Producer with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing Hub Lead, you will manage end‑to‑end content development while producing high‑quality marketing and patient communication materials. You will play a key role in coordinating cross‑functional needs, ensuring content moves efficiently through review processes and aligns with brand objectives.
In this role, you will use advanced GenAI tools to accelerate content creation, streamline workflows, and elevate creative quality across digital channels. With strong project management capabilities, problem‑solving skills, and hands‑on content design and communication experience, you will deliver impactful materials with speed and accuracy—helping brand teams scale their content and omnichannel execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic alignment with the brand team and AOR to develop comprehensive content plans, coordinating creative needs and editorial timing with the media agency to effectively meet brand communication objectives.
- Execute scalable content creation across various digital platforms (social media, display ads, banners, website, digital brochures, and emails, including Veeva RTE) to support omnichannel orchestration and personalization.
- Develop congress and meeting assets, including digital materials, on‑site displays, and promotional content, ensuring alignment with brand communication
- Serve as an internal agency partnering with brand teams to support the PRC submission and review process.
- Partner with analytics teams to review campaign impact metrics and apply data-driven insights to future content design and strategy.
- Maintain comprehensive content libraries and process documentation to ensure transparency, speed, and regulatory compliance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and pilot new technology to drive continuous process simplification and automation initiatives to enhance scalability, reduce cycle times, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with key internal partners including sales, analytics, operations, training, medical, legal, regulatory, and market access.
- Work closely with cross-functional brand teams, digital, and IT departments to ensure the seamless integration of AI and marketing technologies into campaign workflows.
- Collaborate with external creative and digital agencies for larger campaign development and bespoke projects when necessary.
- Work closely with brand leads on the strategic execution of tactical plans, actively participating in brand planning and budget meetings.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience in a creative production environment will also be strongly considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in agency or pharmaceutical settings, specifically within digital content, design, or creative account management roles.
- Mindset: While content creation is central, this role requires a candidate who also thrives in project management and healthcare/medical communication.
- Portfolio: An online portfolio is required, demonstrating both high-quality creative development and the ability to execute across digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Design Expertise: Proven experience in designing creative content, including social media, display ads, banners, website content, and email campaigns (including Veeva RTE).
- GenAI Experience: Demonstrated ability in applying Generative AI within creative production, showcasing expertise across various GenAI models (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Nano Banana, Veo, Firefly).
- Tools Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Express, Firefly, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Content-authoring platforms is a plus.
- Experience with Veeva Vault/CLM/PromoMats.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects, solve business challenges, and drive results through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaboration: Excellent internal communication skills with a proven ability to partner effectively with Brand, Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR), and external agencies.
Note: This role is eligible for our hybrid work schedule allowing for up to 2 days/week of telecommuting from home and 3 days/week in our Bridgewater, NJ corporate office.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $125,000.00 and $165,000.00. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. They may also be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, a tuition reimbursement program (select degrees), company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
