Objectives: 

This position is responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of the site Training program and Quality Systems including, but not limited to Compliance Wire and Documentum. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of site Training program including Compliance, New Hire, Competency Development, Curriculum Review, and development of Individual Training Plans.
  • Influence and improve training programs across all St. Louis sites as member of the Global Training Team.
  • Support implementation and maintenance of the Site Document Control System.  
  • Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of the Compliance Wire training system.  Includes user set-up, training plans, compliance to training plans and training effectiveness.
  • Support Audit activities for internal and external Quality System Audits.
  • Other Quality System duties as required by Site Quality leadership.

 

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Technical field such as Training, Engineering, Science, or IT.  
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in the Quality Assurance field.  
  • Experience working with FDA and ISO requirements. 

 

Preferred:

  • MS degree in same technical areas
  • Special Skills: Adult Education, Computer System Validation, Document Control systems 
  • Specialized Training: Quality System Requirements for Medical Devices 
  • Specialized Training: Basic statistical analysis including trends, pareto and other basic charting techniques 
  • Three to five years of experience in Training / Adult Education
