Objective:  Quality Assurance activities in support of Equipment Value Stream manufacturing and quality system compliance.

 

Responsibilities:

-  Performs Quality Final Testing/Inspection of Manufactured / Serviced   Products manufactured in the Equipment Value Stream to ensure compliance of systems, components, and assemblies to specifications 
-  Performs/documents/completes Nonconformance (NC) activities as needed
-  Creates/Updates/Qualifies Quality Departmental related procedures for the Equipment Value Stream as needed
-  Documents results in accordance with all pertinent procedural requirements and performs scanning and filing of the Device History Records for Manufactured products as needed
- Other Quality related activity support as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Required Education:  High School diploma or equivalent
  • Required Skills/Qualifications:  Data analysis, problem solving, communication skills, good technical writing and documentation skills, and product inspection, measurement, and testing skills. Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Required Experience:  Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical device/pharmaceuticals manufacturing environment.  Additional experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications as well as basic knowledge and understanding of FDA Regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ISO 13485 requirements, and Quality System Standards and processes.
  • Preferred Experience:  Two (2) years Quality Assurance experience in a Medical Device / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Environment.
