Objectives:  

Focused on meeting company goals, utilizes consistent and organized practices. Will need to be compliant in gathering and reviewing information to evaluate quality and reliability of different production lines, processes and procedures. Responsible for successfully managing multiple priorities that contribute to (Safety, Cost, Quality, Delivery) of the department. 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Contribute to performance metrics for Quality and Compliance related topics such as Deviations, CAPAs and Effectiveness Checks.
  • Contributes to audit and regulatory observations, including tracking of timelines, status and completions. 
  • Participates in investigations, including determination of root cause and evaluation, initiation and ownership of CAPAs. 
  • Lead training efforts and assist in developing training content as needed. 
  • MFG support.
  • Completes appropriate training documentation for supervised personnel.
  • Work with technical leads and managers to create effective user-focused work instructions, and other training materials as needed to support manufacturing training efforts.
  • Participates in continuous improvement activities.  
  • Actively participates in the identification and implementation of manufacturing procedure improvements intended to optimize existing or new processes. 

 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability in the use of Microsoft tools. 
  • Professional behavior. 
  • Multitasking. 
  • Knowledge in/of Immigration/Naturalization. 
  • Working with multiple departments. 
  • Experience in training others. 
  • SOP knowledge.
  • Problem solving skills. 
  • Able to type, file, organize.
  • Able to speak multiple languages 
  • Good attitude.
