This position is the lead coordinator for wet labs in the US and provides support to the Surgical marketing team.
Responsibilities
Wet-Labs:
• Maintains the yearly wet lab calendar.
• Work closely with the Residency Program Manager and Surgical Marketing Leads to determine the product requirements for each activity .
• Manage shipment and return of surgical equipment (phaco machines, microscopes, surgical disposables etc.).
• Manage inventory of wet lab systems (currently phaco systems and microscopes) located at offsite warehouse/freight company, including scheduling preventative maintenance with St. Louis service team.
• Manage inventory of Not for Human Use (NFHU) supplies needed for wet lab activities.
• Manage shipment of wet lab supplies to Knipper (supply fulfillment company).
• Work with onsite returns department to separate usable returned products for sales representative in servicing/training events.
• Coordinate shipment of wet lab systems and supplies to meetings/conventions.
• Maintain yearly wet lab budget (development, reporting & vender relations)
Eyetelligence Support:
- Transfer email conversations into the appropriate surgeon's tile on the planner board.
- Distribute email templates to new beta sites as part of the onboarding process.
- Oversee the tri-weekly Bridge Dashboard Tracker, which involves:
Manually reviewing the status of the Bridge Dashboard within the software. - Documenting any diagnostics that are not loading.
Surgical Marketing Team:
• Manages approval process for marketing invoices (all departments within surgical) and PeopleSoft entry.
• Work closely with marketing managers and finance for monthly and quarterly invoice reporting.
• Support marketing team on weekly/biweekly calls (when needed)
• Provide back-up support to Executive Assistant (ex: CAF, PO submissions)
• Support may require occasional travel.
Qualifications
• BA / BS degree in applicable field of study preferred. Associate degree, and/or extensive directly related experience may be considered.
• Ability to anticipate, identify, and meet end-user needs while delivering prompt, efficient, quality service to the customers and business.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proven working knowledge of computer and basic Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be a team player and collaborate with all surgical product managers.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar supporting role.

• Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks confidently while problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Resourceful, with accountability approach to ensuring all avenues are utilized to provide customer satisfaction.
• Location is St. Louis, MO (due to equipment depot)
