OBJECTIVES/ |
Craft instruments of the highest quality by following verbal and written procedures, and blueprints. |

KEY ACTIVITIES/ |
File, bend, braze, stamp, grind, and polish to create handheld surgical instruments. Some work requires the use of a microscope.
Learn and apply new techniques and skills to the manufacturing of the surgical instruments within standard times.
Complete each hurdle in the 5-year apprenticeship program.
