Objectives/Purpose of the Job:
To maintain various certification programs for associates working in the aseptic area.
Key Activities/Responsibilities/Job Functions:
Job Functions:
- Administer and maintain aseptic certification program for associates entering the manufacturing aseptic environment. Ensure compliance and aseptic techniques.
- Develop and deliver cGMP training related to proper aseptic technique and maintaining an aseptic environment. Coach and mentor operators on the importance of maintaining low bioburden levels. Provide ongoing training on critical procedures and practices.
- Monitor Process Simulation Media Fills and commercial runs to identify additional training needs. Identify nonconformities, deviations, and areas for improvement, and develop training materials to address those opportunities. Collaborate with departments to implement changes.
- Conduct routine audits of the aseptic environment and surrounding support departments. Ensure observations are handled expeditiously.
- Evaluate and develop action plan for employees showing alert limits in the garment sampling.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) associated with working in an aseptic manufacturing environment.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications /Training:
- Minimum of a high school diploma. Preferably an AS degree in science or related field.
- Possess interpersonal skills, time management and follow through abilities.
- Detail oriented, highly organized.
- Effective problem solver with leadership abilities.
Shift: Monday to Friday / 7:00am - 3:30pm
Start Pay Range: $24.00
