Objectives/Purpose of Job:

 

Lead/drive Tampa's operational excellence program, global sites Strategic alignment/tracking for Visional growth, and strategic Cost Improvement Projects program across manufacturing operations.

 

Key Activities/Responsibilities:

 

Lead the Continuous Improvement Program at the Tampa Site

 

  • Spearhead initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Apply Lean methodologies, Six Sigma tools, and foster employee engagement.
  • Identify performance gaps, implement corrective actions, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

 

Drive Global Manufacturing Alignment of Key Strategic Vision Tracking

 

  • Ensure consistent execution and reporting of Key Vision metrics across all manufacturing sites.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and standardize data collection processes.
  • Maintain visibility of performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.

 

Drive Global Manufacturing alignment for Cost Improvement Projects (CIP)

 

  • Manage and execute cost-saving initiatives across the global manufacturing footprint.
  • Identify opportunities for waste reduction, process optimization, and resource efficiency.
  • Track financial impact and ensure alignment with corporate goals.

 

Strategic Impact

 

  • Serve as a linchpin between site-level operations and global manufacturing strategy.
  • Drive enhanced operational performance and competitiveness.
  • Promote unified global reporting and accountability.

 

Deliver sustainable cost reductions and margin improvement

 

Qualifications/Training:

 

  • BS in Engineering, Finance or related field.
  • Supervisory and management experience recommended.
  • 5+ years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing organizations.

 

 

Eligibility for Internal Applicants:

 

Have no corrective actions at the written warning level in last six months / no final warning level in the last 12 months / no active PIP. 
Meet the qualifications of the position as stated above.                                                     
Be in your current job for 12 months.
