Objectives/Purpose of Job:

This position is responsible for the planning, scheduling, and reviewing of work orders on a daily basis. Work with Maintenance management and internal customers to assure proper coordination for completion of work orders, and to maintain the integrity of the CMMS program.

 

Key Activities/Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain CMMS, ensuring on time performance of work orders and data entry.
  • Coordinate workflow process for critical system work orders.
  • Tracking, monitoring, and reporting of Work Order Metrics and performance.
  • Compile monthly indicators for all departments. 
  • Maintain organization of Maintenance files.
  • Retrieve and provide copies of data as requested to support audits.
  • Provide CMMS training for new employees.
  • Facilitate the weekly work order review board meeting.
  • Issue Purchase Requestions for service repairs as needed.
  • Process change forms for new assets, job plans and PMs. 
  • Contact vendors for quotes.
  • Maintain GMP and SOP training compliance. 
  • All other duties, as assigned.

 

Qualifications/Training:

 

  • HS Diploma/GED required. 
  • Computer skills; Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel. 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should be comfortable with leading weekly meetings.
  • Good organizational skills and be accurate under pressure.
  • Must be detailed oriented and quality conscious.
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • Experience with CMMS
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
