Shift: Monday - Friday / 7:00am-3:30pm
Start Pay Range: $20.00
Objectives/ Purpose of the Job:
The Inventory Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of warehouse inventory within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role performs daily cycle counts, investigates discrepancies, and verifies that all inventory transactions are accurately executed in the Warehouse Management System (e.g., ERPLx / PeopleSoft).
Key Activities /Responsibilities:
• Perform daily cycle counts as directed by the cycle count coordinator.
• Verify accuracy of physical inventory against ERP system
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies
• Practice cGMP documentation practices.
• Provide general warehouse support as needed.
• Track and trend errors found.
Scope of Position:
This position will require associate conduct daily cycle counts. The Associate will be work with warehouse staff to count and investigate any error that is found. The Associate will complete the cycle count forms and return to the cycle count coordinator in a timely manner Sheets will need to be legible and follow cGMP practices. The Associate will be responsible for verification of inventory post transactions from the other warehouse personnel. Will report any discrepancies for tracking and trending with the goal of identifying areas for improvement. The Associate may be required to move between Sligh and Hidden River to perform these tasks with Sligh warehouse as the primary.
Qualifications/ Training:
• High school diploma required
• Ability to operate sit down and high lift forklifts
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or supply chain (pharma or regulated environment preferred)
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory management systems ERPLx
• Well organized and good communication skills
