Sales Specialist, Surgical

• Identify, develop and maintain relationships with key customers in hospitals and ophthalmology clinics across all regions (North, Central, South).
• Promote and support sales of Refractive IOLs and Surgical Optics, including product demonstrations, clinical support, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with regional sales representatives to manage core sales activities such as:
  • Product presentations and demonstrations
  • In-theater support (e.g., assisting during surgeries)
  • Pricing negotiations and proposal submissions
  • Sample and consignment inventory management
  • Contract execution and customer relationship management
• Support and execute marketing initiatives, including communicating key product messages and participating in promotional events.
• Enhance customer service quality for ophthalmic surgical instruments and consumables.
