Strategic thinking and execution excellence 

 - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.

 - Develop and articulate a long-term product vision that aligns with clinical needs, market trends, and regulatory landscapes 

   in the medical device industry.

 - Translate strategic goals into actionable product plans, balancing innovation with compliance and risk management.

 - Identify emerging technologies, competitive threats, and unmet clinical needs to form product strategy and differentiation.

 - Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and customer value, using data-driven frameworks and stakeholder input.

 - Lead post-launch optimization efforts, including lifecycle management, market expansion, and continuous improvement initiative. 

Stakeholder Management

 - Strong communication skill to present product plans and updates to executives and cross-functional teams.

 - Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve commercial goals and align on priorities.

 - Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospital procurements, distributors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs), to gather insights and validate product direction.

 - Coordinate customer engagement activities with clinical application service team such as product demos, clinical evaluations, internal trainings and feedback sessions to ensure    the product meets real world clinical needs.

 - Work with external partners and clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.

 - Support sales and marketing teams in customer-facing meetings, presentations, and training to drive product adoption and market success. 

Metrics & Performance Management  

 - Use data to make decisions and iterate on product features.

 - Define KPIs and measure product success.
