  • SC planning and S&OP:
    • Lead S&OP meetings with all BUs and review recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals (new product introduction and promotions) based on substantiated support from regional planning team.
    • Develop and implement supply and logistics plans. Schedules and procedures; allocate labor and capital resources to meet targets in areas in transit and delivery times; inventory levels; purchasing, warehousing, and storage costs; and service standards.
    • Liaise with functional and operational area managers, includes sales and marketing departments to ensure that supply and activities are integrated with other parts of the business.
    • Manage inventory targets (including safety stock levels, Fill Rate, MOH) that are approved by management.
    • Guiding forecasting process, procurement, distribution and transportation within the context of international regulatory and trade compliance, ensuring smooth supply chain operations in Taiwan.
    • Support regional and global SC initiatives and programs.
  • Budget and Cost control:
    • Develop and manage SC budget, monitor and control costs and expenses.
    • Drive cost improvement and evaluate extra investment within agreed budget and ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
  • Quality and Compliance:
    • Set up procedures with proper records with regular review to ensure compliance, quality, SHE requirements in line with global and regional guidelines.
    • Support audits and with regular review on findings, RCs, CAPAs and proactively drive compliance at operational level.
