  1. Sales Strategy & Customer Relationship: Develop and implement sales strategies for each customer, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching strategic goals. This should aim to achieve sales targets within the agreed budget level while maintaining and fostering ongoing customer relationships.
  2. Channel Business Planning: Collaboratively develop business plans which encompass channel strategies and best-in-class 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) executions. Work closely with the marketing team to drive both market share and sales growth.
  3. Post-Promotion Analysis: Conduct detailed pre-and-post analysis of promotional events to measure their effectiveness, assess ROI, and understand other relevant performance metrics.
  4. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Analyze sales forecasts and relevant analytical reports to monitor sales performance continuously. Oversee stock forecasting and annual budgeting processes, and provide insights for management review.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure close interaction with teams across various functions such as trade marketing, planning, marketing, logistics, and finance. This collaboration is crucial for seamless operations and achieving business objectives.
  6. Client Communication & Contract Negotiation: Act as the primary liaison for all assigned key accounts. Engage in consistent communication to comprehend their requirements, pitch proposals, negotiate contracts, and foster mutual growth.
  7. Market Monitoring: Keep a close watch on market trends and provide regular feedback on competitor activities, ensuring the company stays ahead of the curve.
