Executive Support & Coordination

• High-Level Administration: Provide support to the General Manager, ensuring the time is optimized and daily operations run seamlessly.

• Calendar & Meeting Management: Proactively manage the General Manager's agenda, including scheduling appointments, prioritizing meetings, and preparing necessary briefings or documentation.

• Travel & Logistics: End-to-end coordination of business travel and itineraries for the General Manager and the visitors from regional management team.

• Communication Management: Act as a gatekeeper by reviewing, prioritizing, and summarizing incoming communications; handle outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, and packages) with professional discretion. 

• Financial Administration: Process and track travel expenses accurately and timely, ensuring full compliance with company reimbursement policies.

• Stakeholder Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for external trade partners, including the coordination of seasonal corporate gifting and relationship-building initiatives. 

 

Office Operations & Culture 

• Event Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of company events, such as Town Halls, annual kick-off, team-building activities, and training sessions.

• Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate activities across departments to streamline workflows and organizational communication. 

• Procurement Management: Oversee the Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle, ensuring all purchasing complies with internal procurement guidelines and budget controls.

 

HR Operational Support 

• Talent Lifecycle: Provide logistical support for the employee lifecycle, including managing local job board, coordinating interview schedules and facilitating onboarding/offboarding procedures.

• HR Administration: Manage HR-related payment applications and documentation to ensure compliance and timely processing.
