• Support management team to monitor 3rd party’s performance by managing and coordinating including but not limited to uploading goods, picking, packaging, shipping, and rework. 
• Supervise 3PL daily operation and act as escalation channel to resolve issues on daily basis.
• Evaluate and react to any unforeseen issues and crisis in day-to-day operations and escalate critical findings to management team for further action.
• Supervise and control 3PL personnel qualifications.
• Learn 3 PL system and processes and resolve the operation issues on daily basis. 
• Act as on-site liaison with office and external teams for operations, planning, delivery, qualify, IT issues.
• Monitor 3PL KPI and escalation findings to meet service level for customers.
• Help SC Manager 3PL management and performance review.
• Re-work arrangement for both 3PL
• On-going packaging material purchasing and price negotiation.
• Delivery connection between CS vs vendors
• Back-up for import custom clearance role.
• Costco packs make to order arrangement.
• 3PL payment check and data collection.
• Work on purchasing payment process.
• Delivery service issue resolving and coordination with 3PL and CS team.
• Custom clearance and forwarder contact
• Product insert/ shrink wrap 3rd print proof for new product launch and qualified vendors management.
• Inventory management including de-pack to trial lenses. 
• Inventory counts at 3PL site including annual count and monthly cycle count
• Product receiving for BPCS system 
• Export management
• Freight in record and documentation 
• Inbound/Import payment check and report to Finance for payment
• Prepare for Government environment protection fund charge from website download and payment check preparation for Finance to pay
