OBJECTIVES/
PURPOSE OF JOB

To achieve the sales target, formulary listing and distribution within the responsible area / accounts of B+L Pharmaceutical Business through key responsibilities, which include:  

KEY ACTIVITIES/
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and execute an effective call plan.
• Utilize reporting tools provided to achieve territorial goals.
• Communicate and collaborate with the Sales Manager on goals.
• Build business relationships with assigned customers.
• Prospect for new business and evaluate sales potential of existing customers.
• Distribute samples and promotional materials according to BL policy and local regulations.
• Execute agreed marketing plans to achieve budgeted levels of sales units, revenue in the responsible area / accounts.
• Develop and execute key account plan and territory plan based on territory profile and rating to assure optimum coverage of assigned territory.
• Prepare daily sales activities report to document expenses incurred.
• Prepare regular sales forecast and examine trade inventory level, and liaise with management for timely clearance of potentially redundant inventories on timely basis.
• Report field sales activities information (product, competitors, industry, and market trend etc.,) or issues (account credit, billing, product quality and delivery etc.) to ensure that management is provided with relevant and up-to-date information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Report customer complaint and adverse event to manager and B+L authorized bodies in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS/
TRAINING

(e.g. professional qualifications, on-the-job training, education)

-  Degree in any field, Pharmaceutical Science or Life Science an advantage.

-  Building relationship and influencing ability.

-  Interpersonal and communication skills.

-  Organizing and planning skill.

-  English Ability.

EXPERIENCE

(e.g. health care industry, multinational company, number of years, what level/types of roles, etc)

-  1-3 years of selling experiences, preferable in Pharma industry.

-  Experience working in multi-national pharmaceutical company preferred.
