Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Surgical Contracts Analyst that will utilize their strong customer service and contracts knowledge to support the Surgical Sales team.  This individual will aid in preparation of National Accounts, Tenders and Pricing agreements for both US and Canada. 

 

Responsibilities


•    Review individual expired contracts for renewals
•    Set up Product Kits
•    Responds to Customer Contract Issues
•    Prepare Cross References and Pricing Files
•    Assist the Contracts Department in various projects as assigned
•    Prepare Reports with emphasis on YOY sales, erosions, pricing analysis
•    Set up New Contracts for DocuSign 
•    Keep an organized record of Contracts
•    Process rebates and run reports as assigned
•    Monitor both the US and Canada mailbox

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Extensive relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • 3 or more years of experience in a contract focused role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in financial analytics
  • Knowledge of CPQ contracting tool and/or Peoplesoft and/or Salesforce
  • Experience with MS Office Suite

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $70,000.00 and $75,000.00.  The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors.  

 

 U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives.
