The Director, Field Access Manager Team will lead a Regional Field Access Manager Team. This leader will ensure successful execution of patient access with their team members and the execution of resources and tactics with their customer base.

Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Lead Regional Field Access Manager Team working with the field sales teams and customers.
  • Monitor and maintain a high level of awareness of public and private formularies, insurance and payer policy regulations, employer groups, unions, and third-party access programs to enhance B&L’s brand positions.
  • Communicate with Field Access Manager Team to identify payer coverage and Part D access issues and develop plans to ensure successful coverage and patient access to treatment.
  • Maintain an outstanding level of performance metric analytics, manipulation, and reporting mechanisms.
     

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience required.
  • Must have experience as a Field Access Manager.
  • Part D Access experience required.
  • Proven success leading teams (Field leadership preferred) and building a positive culture.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational, follow-up, prioritization, and presentation skills required.
  • Demonstrated self-starter who is highly motivated and proactive.
  • Proven effectiveness as a team member and ability to communicate and influence with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong verbal, presentation, interpersonal and listening skills required.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, problem solving, and customer service skills are also required.
  • This position should have a travel expectation of 25-50%.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $200,000 and $250,000. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors.

 

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. They may also be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, a tuition reimbursement program (select degrees), company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive sick time, floating holidays and paid vacation.
