Application Manager – Cataract & Vitreoretinal Surgery

 

Preferred location: Warsaw, Kraków, Katowice and Łódź


Responsibilities:
•     Provide technical and clinical support to medical teams during cataract and vitreoretinal surgical procedures
•     Conduct training sessions and presentations for ophthalmologists and medical staff
•     Responsibility for managing the assigned territory and achieving sales targets 
•     Support the implementation of new products and technologies in clinical settings
•     Monitor market trends, analyze customer needs, and provide feedback to product teams
•     Building long-term relationships with key clients and clinical centers
•     Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals


Requirements:
•     University degree in medical, biological, or technical fields (e.g. optometry, biotechnology, biomedical engineering)
•     English Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English – mandatory
•     Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a medical environment, preferably in an operating room
•     Minimum 2–3 years Hands-on experience with phacoemulsification (phaco) devices – including setup, operation, and intraoperative support
•     Knowledge of cataract and vitreoretinal surgical procedures
•     Experience working with sales teams or in an advisory role
•     Strong presentation and training skills
•     Willingness to travel frequently across Poland
•     Sales Skills: Experience in product presentations, commercial discussions, and client relationship building
