Head the Human Resources Department in all human resources functions including staff planning, policy making, budgeting, recruitment & selection, training & development, employee compensation & benefits, staff communication and relations, compliance, etc. for Japan

 

Partner with the Managing director and the other key stakeholders to be responsible for formulating and implementing strategic HR related matters including compensation/remuneration, benefits, performance evaluation, training and organizational enhancement programs

 

Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team to ensure that the organization’s human resource strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets. 

 

Promote the brand image through effective human resources management and planning in areas of recruitment, performance management, staff development, etc.

 

Being change agent to facilitate the changes in the process of organization evolution and/or transition.
