Gurgaon OBJECTIVES/ PURPOSE OF JOB

Plans & Implements marketing strategies effectively

Develops and implements marketing plan, to achieve business plan objectives.

Innovative ideas and Customize the plan according to the customer and region
KEY ACTIVITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Value creation for the B+L brand and products
2.
Conducts investigative research to assess brand image, market share and growth opportunities
3.
Prepare and implement product specific marketing plan and activities based on franchise and company directions and objectives in line with the company's strategic plan
4.
Product branding along with patient messaging across customers / end users; inline with Global marketing / branding
5.
Plan and timely execute marketing programs, advertising campaigns and promotion programs
6.
Develop innovative ideas for customer cost containment to support sales initiatives within product
7.
Work with sales management to convert marketing plans into sales plans
8.
Updating team monthly on Global marketing activity – products innovation, launch and other updates.
9.
Identifying right KOLs for product launch / evaluation / clinical trials etc.,
10.
Scientific articles / supplements sharing and collecting feedback from customers
11.
Actively involved in developing clinical document– scientific data (patient outcome) and testimonials by customers for specific products
12.
Sell marketing plans to sales team and ensure that necessary resources (promotional material, instruments, stocks), are available
13.
Track progress of plans and their impact on business and implement corrective actions in consultation with sales/franchise/account managers
14.
Provide relevant information to sales and support departments which contribute to effective internal business processes
15.
Develop annual product sales forecast in consultation with sales and IDC teams, and based on procedures, strategies, adoption rates and company objectives
16.
Developing customer segmentation data and updating quarterly by working together with commercial team
17.
Customized strategies for key institutes and corporates
18.
Achieve forecast accuracy through close liaison with sales teams, regular review of sales trends, issues, and monitoring of marketplace activity and by actively seeking input from sales team
19.
Forecast and manage expenses for product portfolio
20.
Ensure spending is consistent with achievement of business results and adjust where necessary
21.
Manage company investment in resources and equipment
22.
Develop sales support materials on technical product information, cost benefits analysis and other areas relevant to product promotion
23.
Regular update training programs to all important members at customer site.
24.
Periodical follow-up with patient counselors, PROs and operation managers at customer site
25.
Act as the contact point for sales team on all technical issues and product complaints
26.
Challenge sales team towards higher sales performance through innovative and rewarding contests
29.
Develop an understanding of market size, structure, dynamics and market drivers through intensive customer contact SUPERVISE DIRECT REPORTS (yes or no)

KEY RELATIONSHIPS
All customers, KOLs, Operation Managers, PRO, Counselors, Biomedical, Key decision makers at hospitals etc.,
Advertising Agencies, Event management, BTL Agency, Various Vendors, Production Vendor, PR Agencies QUALIFICATIONS/ TRAINING
MBA EXPERIENCE
4-6 years of experience in Surgical Medical Device Market
Experience in Pharma Marketing is desirable
