Manager – Refractive & Equipment BAND
Level 16/17 BUSINESS UNIT / FUNCTION
Refractive LOCATION
Within India as defined by Business OBJECTIVES/ PURPOSE OF JOB
To maximize sales of Refractive equipment in Indian & SAARC markets & customers, in order to meet revenue and profitability targets through effective branding, distribution and people management
Establish strong relationship with KOLs, Institutes and Corporate chain. KEY ACTIVITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Value creation for the B+L brand and products.

Should connect to existing customers on monthly basis, discussing on the procedure / business development

To identify new locations & outlets and act as liaison between the company & customer

Sell Refractive equipment to meet monthly targets

Refer the market trends and intelligence; prepare short term and long-term objectives, sale forecasts

Execute marketing plans to achieve sales targets unit wise & product wise

Develop new & existing accounts to get maximum business

Build relationship to ensure that customer needs are taken care of and B&L product usage is increased

Monitor opportunities of business generation and competitors’ activities; provide timely reports on competitor activities

Train and build up system at sub-distributor’s level, provide product training and demonstration, train distributor sales team

Motivate team towards cross functional activities to support business

Focus on scientific discussions and promotions with customers

Work closely with Marketing to provide inclinic branding and promotional activity to customers

Prepare and submit all relevant reports pertaining to daily calls, target achievement, joint field units and sales force effectiveness.

Provide application support to all the installed machines

Provide quality demo, follow-up and closure of deals

Work closely with the sales, service and application team and Surgical team too to build a robust lead list for equipment’s

Responsible for all administrative and control / compliance related functions at Customer Business Units including complaint handling, storage / handling/ deliver, servicing and fulfilling market and customer needs; monitoring and reviewing Quality Procedures for all complaint handling and servicing related functions at field offices, training, motivation and retention of key personnel of regional Sales

10 years of experience
