Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate payroll data and inputs for external payroll provider in a timely manner
  • Work with external payroll provide to complete weekly & monthly payroll in line with agreed timelines.
  • Analyse weekly & monthly payroll identifying and explaining variances
  • Calculate PAYE, PRSI, USC, Pensions, and all other necessary statutory and voluntary deductions.
  • Act as a direct point of contact for employee queries and payroll advice
  • Onboard new hires and manage employee exits.
  • Conduct all other duties or tasks associated with payroll administration
  • Work closely with the Finance Team to ensure Payroll SOX compliance
  • Support various corporate initiatives and projects

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' payroll processing experience.
  • Hold IPASS qualification and demonstrate a strong knowledge of Irish taxation
  • Knowledge of working with CORE payroll System
  • Experience of managing a high volume payroll on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Manufacturing experience a distinct advantage. 
  • Demonstrate excellent administration and organisation skills, strong attention to detail ensuring precise and accurate payroll processing.
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet strict deadlines
  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
