The Complaint Technician is responsible for support and maintenance of complaints related to eye healthcare products and services on a global scale. This role involves ensuring documentation and systems of record for the complaints are kept in a current state, supporting evidence is recorded and complaints are processed through the complaint management system.
- Accurately document complaint details in the company’s complaint management system.
- Ensure all relevant information is captured to facilitate investigation and resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all complaints.
- Generate reports on complaint trends, identify areas for improvement, and present findings to management.
- Assist in the preparation of regular summary reports for management review.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback on potential improvements to the complaint handling process.
- Collaborate with team members to implement best practices in complaint management
- Other activities as assigned by SCQ leader

- Quality Management System experience an advantage
