• Work out PA strategy of HK Vision Care.
• Maintain good relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) for educations and endorsement from professional perspectives
• Support medical affairs, such as clinical trails and KOL academic needs, to generate strategic programs for strengthening education branding image
• Work out and guide team to deliver professional training plan, including:  1) Training materials preparation and regularly update 2) Training implementation for different groups for HK Vision Care, e.g. new employees, sales, Vision Care Advisor team and both for external like distributors and customers depends on business needs 3) Training implementation for both new product launching, product upgrading and others 4) Maintain and develop new channels to ensure and improve training qualities consistently
• Participate/organize academic forums/meetings to deliver the latest knowledge or tendency of our industry and feedback to commercial team
