Objectives:

  • Candidate will take high initiative in driving brand specific activities to maximize brand exposure and product support at each touch points.
  • Activities include but not limited to Brand Plan development, New Product Launch plan, Brand material development for ATL & activation to other touch points.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing annual marketing plan and new product launch plan for assigned brands.
  • Identify opportunities, develop, and execute advertising, activations, and product communication collaterals in line with brand strategy & objective.
  • Managing and closely monitor performance of social media platforms and synergize all for better brand communication
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure execution excellence of campaigns, advertisement, activations, and POP development
  • Track competitors’ activities and review market performance
  • A&P management 

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 4-5 years brand marketing experience in Marketing (Preferably in FMCG or Health care Industries)
  • With creative thinking and “change” advocate (not afraid to challenge status quo)
  • Very detail oriented
  • Self motivated, proactive, good team player with excellent interpersonal and project management skills
  • Analytical mind, with sound understanding of marketing principles
  • Preferable with CRM program management and data mining skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
