Accounts Receivable Specialist

Bausch & Lomb is one of the world's largest suppliers of contact lenses, lens care products, pharmaceuticals, intraocular lenses, and other eye surgery products. We have over 12,000 employees and manufactures and markets health care products directly or indirectly in approximately 100 countries. 

Responsibilities:

• To handle the physical cheques received from customers, on average 20-30 cheques daily.
• To input and match the cheques received with the AR outstanding invoices in the system.
• To select the cheques due, update in the system and generate the report.
• To handle the cheques to bank and other documents from bank.
• To handle the daily cash received from customers.
• To arrange banking for the cash bi-weekly.
• To clear the system for the cheques and cash deposited.
• To handle the letters/documents from bank or government.
• To file the signed delivery notes from warehouse.
• To file the physical vendor invoices which has been sent to SSC for payment.
• To file the T&E reports from staff which already uploaded in the system.
• To arrange documents to external storage warehouse from time to time. 

Requirements

• Have HKCEE / DSE /Certificate/ Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
• 2 - 3 years experience or above on accounts
• Proficient in MS Office applications knowledge
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Good team player and good communication skill
