Shipping Clerk

Bausch & Lomb is one of the world's largest suppliers of contact lenses, lens care products, pharmaceuticals, intraocular lenses, and other eye surgery products. We have over 12,000 employees and manufactures and markets health care products directly or indirectly in approximately 100 countries. 

Job Description: 

• Processes export / import shipment orders in timely manner; including order processing, invoice payment arrangement, documentation, repackaging, scheduling / hand over shipments with / to forwarders.
• Reviews regularly with forwarders on their shipment delivery status and damage/ insurance claims.
• Prepare full set of I/E documentation in compliance with custom’s requirements to avoid delays in delivery; Applies License for import/export of pharmaceutical products.
• Prepare monthly shipment reports.

Requirements:

• High diploma or equivalent, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain related
• As least 3 years’ experience in shipping, I/E
• Familiar with warehouse operations
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and written English
