Local Delivery Keeper

Job Description: 

• Coordinate with local delivery sub-contractors and customers on delivery schedule.
• Work closely with the warehouse team and drivers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Work closely with Sales/Marketing team, Credit, Warehouse, Sales, Admin to ensure accurate and timely collect and delivery B&L products.
• Plan and coordinate transport schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Handle salesman and/or customer inquiries regarding delivery schedule and status.
• Payment/form collection from customer sites, delivery of marketing premiums and B&L products
• Handle ‘lens’ exchange orders and good collection note to ensure that returned products are properly inspected and replacement products are sent per customer service ‘Lens Exchange Order’
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the transport process. This includes handling delays, damages, and other delivery-related problems.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all deliveries, including delivery notes, local invoices/LC, lens exchange notes and goods collection notes. Ensure all records are up-to-date and scanned into the DMS system for easy access.
• Record the particulars of the delivery notes, goods collections or lens exchange request orders into the database.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• 4-6 years related experience
• Good command skills in using MS Word and Excel
• Good phone manner, able to address customer enquiries on delivery status
• Good organize skills, communication skills and multitasking skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good management skills
