  • Job Requirements: 
    • Local and regional S&OP and CT:
    • Lead Local S&OP meetings with all BUs and review recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals (new product introduction and promotions) based on substantiated support from regional planning team.
    • Work with global sites and teams to run regional S&OP meetings and control tower reviews with all BUs and review recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals, set supply priorities, raise key supply issues based on substantiated support from ADC and local teams.
    • Support the supply and logistics plans. Schedules and procedures; contribute to meet targets in areas in transit and delivery times; inventory levels; purchasing and service standards.
    • Liaise with functional and operational area managers, includes sales and marketing departments to ensure that supply and activities are integrated with other parts of the business.
    • Manage inventory targets (including safety stock levels, Fill Rate, MOH) that are approved by management.
    • Execute the NPL(new product launching) launch: Execute the strategy for importation, storage and logistic of new products launch.
      • Guiding forecasting process, procurement, distribution and transportation within the context of international regulatory and trade compliance, ensuring smooth supply chain operations.
      • Support regional and global SC initiatives and programs.
    • Support budget and annual plan
      • Develop and manage SC planning related budget, such as supply, freight in and duty, monitor and control costs and expenses.
      • Propose and execute cost improvement.
      • Support standard cost update.
    • Manage system data, parameters and reports with continuous Improvement:
      • Drive in planning area the EE/ Lean Sigma plan with activities and drive continuous improvements with regular reviews.
      • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes on data management, parameter updates and reports with analysis.
      • Support digitalization programs and initiatives where applicable.

 

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in supply chain management, such as APICS or CSCP, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles, including inventory management, logistics, and procurement.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • On-the-job training may be provided to familiarize the candidate with the company's supply chain processes and systems.
