  • Driving sales of SES range and other disposables in allocated accounts
  • Launching and driving sales of new products into allocated accounts
  • Detailing products to ophthalmologists as well as other relevant clinical staff.
  • Working closely with IOL specialist and business development teams to identify and close sales into NHS and other structures to gain new business
  •  
  • Goal driven, tenacious sales  professional with experience in a longer buying cycle
  • Significant ability to flex style to be able to connect with different points in a theatre or hospital environment
  • Ability to ask for business when appropriate
  • Ability to understand the marketplace and market drivers driving clinicians and customers
  • Ability to work as part of a team or individually to grow business
  • Good Account Manager- used to growing business within this setting.

  • Ability to produce creative and appropriate sales solutions to drive business in the territory
  • Ability to gain tender commitments to purchase products
