Product Manager Vision Care EMEA & Canada – MATERNITY COVER

As Product Manager Vision Care EMEA & Canada, you will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive the growth of the Bausch + Lomb contact lens and lens care portfolios and will work closely with cross functional teams including Marketing, Commercial, Professional Services, Sales, Finance, Operations and Customer Services with members across the globe.  You will apply your previous experience in product management to develop compelling product and commercial propositions for both eye care professionals and consumers



  • Lead the development of marketing programmes, campaigns and initiatives
    • Assist in development of new campaigns and the adaptation of international campaigns for the region
    • Lead regional digital and e-commerce projects
    • Conduct product, consumer, market analysis to gain insights and support marketing initiatives
    • Lead marketing collateral documentation and route regional marketing promotional materials for approval
    • Conduct product, consumer, eye care professional, market and competitive analysis to gain insights to support business


  • Manage new product launch planning and portfolio line extensions
    • Manage new product / line extension launch execution: opening QCR’s, SKU setup, artwork creation, developing and managing project timelines, working closely with Supply Chain (SCM)
    • Coordinate fit set development: configuration with regional Professional Relations Manager, IFU (Instructions for Use) approval and SKU set up with (SCM) and Logistics teams
    • Ensure EMEA-only packaging artwork adheres to brand guidelines


  • General coordination
    • Manage all Marketing claims, references and approvals
    • Manage EMEA and Canada SharePoint to ensure markets are accessing the most up-to-date materials and brand assets
    • Lead competitive analysis and tracking and provide markets with competitive intelligence
    • Support labelling requests and approval
    • Manage EMEA and Canada Marketing budget



  • Educated to university degree level, preferably in marketing or neighboring subject
  • Fluent spoken and written English, other European languages strong merit
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Able to manage complexity
  • Able to collaborate across functions and geographies
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Proven project planning and delivery skills



  • 4 years product/marketing experience
  • Medical device and/or consumer marketing experience within a large corporate environment


Contract type: Maternity cover from September 2022
