Working Student – Data Maintenance & Administrative Support
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Working Student who is passionate about organizing information and contributing to a smooth operational environment. In this role, you will help ensure that essential data is accurate, consistent, and always up to date—forming the backbone of efficient processes across the organization. We welcome candidates who are available to start as soon as possible.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Perform precise data maintenance within internal data applications and tools.
• Update, validate, and organize information received from external legal manufacturers and partners.
• Support routine administrative tasks related to documentation, data updates, and process tracking.
• Maintain clean, structured datasets to help ensure transparency and reliability.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve data discrepancies and uphold data-quality standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve data processes, workflows, and documentation practices.

Your Qualifications
• Enrolled student (bachelor or master) in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field, and available to work with us on-site in Eppelheim.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in maintaining structured, high-quality information.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and data-driven environments.
• Reliable, proactive, and open to learning new systems and processes.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
