This position can be based in : Spain, Italy, France, Germany and UK
Define the Strategy for new product development and follow up all development phase representing the voice of the Surgical international team:
- Define and propose the strategy for new product development based on Competitive analysis, commercial feedback, markets data, KOL’s input …
- Follow up/participate to all phases of new product development
- Participate to all calls and meeting with US Global R&D teams
- Provide technical knowledge and project management expertise to project programs (in various functional areas as necessary) to ensure proper focus and advancement.
- Along with team members, interpret & elaborate design goals into measurable design input & output.
- Act as product expert during complete product design and product transfer phase for new products
Always focus on KPIs making the difference with competition considering cost improvement
- Organize Focus group (External and internal), advisory board, product test in feedback session before defining design input requirement as well as during all the development of the products (in filed product testing/validation)
- Cross-function coordination
- Work closely with Regulatory team to ensure the local registration is performed on time for product launches + prioritize countries
- Work daily with Supply team on forecasting topics for new products
- Work closely with sales analyst to evaluate sales, trends (Power BI)
Coordinate and prepare new product’s launches with the international marketing team:
Support international marketing for new product launches:
- Provide regular update to the International Marketing team on development status and agree potential changes with the team
- Deliver training to the marketing team
- Providing material and information (content) to Marketing, supporting product positioning, pricing, branding as well as training package for the International trainer manager.
- Manage new product’s introductions – pre-launch and launch planning Initiate, monitor and coordinate initial phase of product launches and provide customer feedback to Development Group Define Product needs, propose strategies, design requirement based on Customer/markets’ needs
- KOL Identification, Mapping and Development
- Collaborate with the clinical and medical group for pre and post launch studies
- Actively participates in international congresses, Symposiums, and any other customer events
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications: Science or business graduate with product management and/or marketing/sales experience in the same area
Experience:
- Significant experience in the medical device industry including proven track record in product management
- Experience in training/coaching and/or matricial/horizontal management
- Experience in managing budgets and sales forecasting
- Demand forecasting and distribution channel management
