工作目标：

• 负责并支持通路营销相关项目的规划、执行、跟进与复盘，提升终端活动落地效率与品牌触达效果
• 管理品牌提示物、促销物料及促销品资源，确保设计、制作、分配、库存及使用过程规范高效
• 支持季节性药店消费者活动、校园活动、行业会议及O2O平台活动的计划与执行，促进销售团队和渠道客户业务达成
• 协助通路营销团队完成预算、供应商、行政及跨部门协同管理，保障项目合规、及时落地

主要职责：

• 负责品牌提示物及广告促销物料的规划、设计沟通、制作跟进、分配执行及日常管理，确保物料符合品牌规范与业务需求。
• 协助制定并执行季节性药店消费者活动计划，包括资源分配、活动流程、执行追踪、费用控制及活动效果反馈。
• 支持校园营销活动的策划与落地，协调创意内容、执行供应商、活动物料及内部审批流程，提升品牌在年轻消费者中的认知。
• 跟进行业会议展台设计、制作、搭建及现场执行，确保会议展示、品牌露出及活动物料符合项目要求。
• 协助O2O平台活动执行与跟进，包括活动资源协调、页面及物料需求沟通、活动信息整理和销售团队支持。
• 负责促销品仓库管理，包括库存盘点、出入库记录、发运协调、供应商沟通及、日常运输问题的解决及相关资料归档。
• 协助通路营销项目的合同、采购、付款、发票、预算记录及合规文件管理，保证流程完整、资料可追溯。
• 与品牌、销售、财务、采购、医学、供应商等内外部团队保持沟通，推动项目按时交付。

职位要求：

• 市场营销、商务管理等相关专业本科以上学历。
• 3年以上市场、通路营销、销售支持或活动执行相关经验，具有医药、健康消费品、零售或跨国公司背景者优先；
• 熟悉通路营销项目执行流程，具备物料制作、活动执行、供应商管理、预算及流程跟进经验；
• 具备良好的项目管理能力，能够同时跟进多个项目节点并推动跨部门协作；有一定的数据敏感度，能够通过数据发现问题并支持业务决策；
• 具备较强的沟通协调能力、执行力、责任心和细节管理能力；具有优秀的学习能力和自我驱动力，乐于接受新挑战，能够快速适应变化并持续提升专业能力；
• 对终端活动、消费者沟通、O2O平台及品牌物料管理有一定理解，能够支持业务需求转化为可执行方案；
• 熟练使用Office办公软件，能够使用AI提升工作效率；
• 具备良好的英文读写能力，可适应必要的出差及项目执行节奏。
